Overall Goal:
Strengthen and expand the demand side of social accountability in the sub-national democratic development reform process to improve public service delivery in Cambodia. The action builds on the Implementation of the Social Accountability Framework (I-SAF), which originated from the National Programme for Sub-National Democratic Development (SNDD) in Cambodia.
Specific Objectives:
Empower citizens and local communities, particularly women, youth & vulnerable groups to strengthen the allocation and use of budgets and the delivery of local public services through improved access and use of information and citizen-led monitoring of budgets and the performance of Sub-National Administrations (SNAs).
